Early June sees one of the world's greatest and first ever Pride festivals, a 3 day merry go round of celebration first held in 1970 on the one-year anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. Brighton Pride has nothing on this! The West Coast gay liberation movement is still going strong and Pride has been held in West Hollywood ever since, the jewel in its wonderfully tolerant crown.
