  • Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible rides, shops and dining. Guests with disabilities who are unable to wait in standard queues can obtain an IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC) prior to their visit. To apply, register at www.accessibilitycard.org and upload the required documentation. Interpreted performances for those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Child/Baby Swap: These areas are available at most attractions in each park, to allow parents to take turns watching their child while the other rides. For further information or instructions, please ask a ride attendant upon arrival to the theme park
  • First Aid: First Aid is located inside the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. The main Health Services station is in Sindbad's Village within The Lost Continent®. Look for the Red Cross across from Oasis Coolers

The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. To receive the full fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of admission, the ticket must be used by the first use date printed on the ticket. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.

The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal”). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, the Blue Man Group show, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
