Villa Description

After spending a day at one of the nearby world-class theme parks - located just fifteen-minutes away - the whole family can relax in front of a movie on either of the two large-screen HDTVs in the spacious living room, or snuggle up in the comfy sitting room.

You can’t fault Calabay Parc’s location as it’s within walking distance to Publix supermarket and Champions Crossing shopping centre. Within this area, there’s a pizza place or sushi restaurant and a liquor store for those evenings at home with a chilled beverage. The shopping area also has a Redbox film rental and a nail salon.

Calabay Parc villas are located on Highway 27 in Davenport, on Orlando’s outskirts. But you’re not far from world-famous theme parks, championship golf courses, and the convenience of shopping centres. You’ll be surprised by the quality of entertainment minutes from your homely villa.

Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions.
