Influences of Italian, French, Spanish, African and Caribbean have helped to create some of the most delicious and not to be missed dishes, and Ciollo showcases each and every one of them.
Hotel Monteleone is also known for the Carousel Bar & Lounge. Featured in the works of many literary greats, this bar is a long-time favourite with visitors to the city. The focal point of the lounge is the circus-clad merry-go-round revolving bar. The enticing cocktail menu offers classic and signature drinks, choose from the delectable delights such as Sazarac, Pina Colada and a Pimm’s Cup.
