My husband and I have just returned from our Cruise and Stay and have literally had the time of our lives! Thank you so much for organising everything for us, not one thing went wrong (apart from a Cinderella’s castle snow globe breaking in my bag on the flight home!). International Drive was great, our transfers were on time and the cruise was the perfect way to wind down our holiday.

Just a quick one to say thanks for sorting out our trip to Florida; Bella Vida was beautiful, the Thomas Cook flights were great and the car hire was all set up. We have given your number to all of our friends and family and we hope to be booking with you again in the near future.

We were very impressed with the organisation, everything was just as you had detailed in your documentation and after a long flight it was great to find things so easily. The only pain was queuing with Dollar Rent a Car, but then that is out of your control.
We found both villas to be great and in excellent locations. We would definitely recommend you to anybody wishing to go to Florida!

We have just returned from the two weeks in Florida that he helped us to organise (holiday ref 70844) and we had a wonderful time. Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Ocean Florida for helping myself and my family in our hour of need. We were stranded in Florida when the Icelandic volcano erupted, with no permanent base to stay.

When we eventually had a date to fly back home myself and my husband decided to call at your Davenport office to see if you could do us a reduced rate considering our circumstances.

The two ladies in the office were extremely helpful and found us the most fantastic accommodation at such short notice. They also offered use of the computer so we could print off our airline tickets and offered the use of the telephone, which we didn't require but appreciated none the less.

I cant thank you enough for all the help the ladies gave us and would like to congratulate your company for the excellent service and staff you provide. We shall certainly be booking again through Ocean Florida and would highly recommend you to our friends and family, not only for the service but also the wonderful accommodation your company supplies.

A massive thank you from the Mailer family! We had a tremendous holiday thanks to you. The flights with Continental Airlines were spot on with no issues at all. Plenty of legroom. Our kids had never flown before and we found they took to it easily, thanks to Continental having

chairback entertainment systems - and a good one at that. The car hire through Alamo was straight-forward too. We took the tank of petrol from the start. We rejected the attempt at an upgrade, but this was not forceful at all. We did purchase the toll road advance payment. As for the villa.... Just wonderful. The directions were all spot on to get to the property office which was shut when we got there. The instructions made it easy to get our packup and get to the house. We stayed at 407 Prestick Drive in the Highlands Reserve area. It had a west facing rear garden which gave us sunshine over the pool area until dark. The house itself was immaculately presented and had every ammenity and utensil we could wish for. It even had wifi, which allowed us to search for directions to the parks etc the night before. It was as peaceful as we had hoped.

We even saw most of the space-shuttle launch from the driveway (it was 65 miles away!) The Disney tickets we purchased from you made park hopping easy and reduced the stress of planning very visit. The return journey home was as simple and painless as the way out.

Just wanted to say a quick "Thank You" for organising our holiday for us to Florida, We got back (just) last Thursday & had a great time. Flights, Car Hire & Villas all went smoothly the children (and the big kids) loved Disney & Marco Island was a lovely place to visit. The Villa's were great & the Golden Wedding celebrations went well.
