Our newly curated USA multi-centre holidays don’t stick to the Sunshine State. In fact, Florida’s the perfect place to kick off an American road trip, or jet off to exotic climes. From San Francisco to South Carolina, Mexico to Miami – we’ve got the lot. So, say ‘aloha’ to adventure or ‘hola’ to hitting the highway with our multi-centre holidays to America…

Best for… a taste of the South

Florida, The Carolinas & Georgia

Fuel up for a proper American road trip. This 20-day holiday takes you through not one, not two, but four states. You’ll start in Orlando, where you can hop between Universal Orlando Resort’s theme parks with an included Universal 3-Part Explorer Ticket. Between intense inversions and daring drops, explore Orlando's attractions with your exclusive Ocean Explorer package, complete with free activities up to $549 per family of four.

Then it’s on to St Augustine, the USA’s oldest inhabited city, where you'll hop on a trolley to encounter this historic gem brimming with grand Spanish colonial architecture. Next, you’ll cruise into Georgia, your gateway to the Deep South. In Savannah, you’ll head out on a traditional riverboat tour and then see the sights on a trolley for a different perspective. South Carolina’s next on your list, with a stop in charming Charleston, as well as fun-loving Myrtle Beach. In the former, it’s all horse-drawn carriage rides and cobblestone streets, while in the latter, it’s about music and movies.

You’ll swap South Carolina for North Carolina for the next few days. In Raleigh, you’ll sip beers while sightseeing on a pedal-powered trolley, before hitting up Charlotte, where you’ll discover where Elvis performed and uncover its gold-mining past. Your last stop is Georgia’s capital, Atlanta, where your included CityPASS packs in the likes of Centennial Olympic Park and the World of Coca-Cola.

Best for… sun worshippers

San Francisco, Disney California & Hawaii

This two-week trip let’s you discover the best of America’s west coast. You’ll spend the first four days in San Francisco, getting to know its hilly streets and big-hitting sights. Snap selfies with the sea lions at Fisherman’s Wharf, tuck into authentic dishes in Chinatown and take in the views from the Golden Gate Bridge. Your itinerary even includes a ride on an open-top vintage fire engine – talk about sightseeing in style.

You’ll then jet to LA and head for Anaheim, the home of the first ever Disneyland, which opened in 1955. Your 2-day Hopper Ticket means you can see – and ride – it all, from Thunder Mountain Railroad to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. There’s even the chance to head out on an optional whale-watching tour in Orange County between your Disney adventures. From here, it’s on to Oahu for the next week, where you can sunbathe or surf ‘til your heart’s content at your beachfront hotel. Plus, included activities include a trip to Pearl Harbor and a boat ride on the USS Arizona Memorial.

Best for… thrills then beach chills

Tropical Treasures: Exploring Orlando, Miami & The Bahamas

If this multi-centre was a person, they’d be a triple threat. You’ll squeeze Orlando, Miami and the Bahamas into a 14-night break. The first week is in Orlando, where you can ride the I-RIDE Trolley, take the Hogwarts Express between theme parks at Universal, and race through waterfalls at Volcano Bay. All this is included, thanks to a Universal 3-Park Explorer Ticket and our Ocean Explorer package.

Then it’s time to head south, on the Brightline train to Miami. In three hours, you’ll reach the Magic City, where you’ve got two nights to take in the Art Deco architecture, live salsa and South Beach. Your itinerary includes a salsa lesson with a VIP nightclub pass and a boat tour of Biscayne Bay.

The last stop is the Bahamas, which is only an hour’s flight away, giving you more time to taste your way around Nassau with a Food and Cultural Walking Tour. What’s more, you can’t leave without the option of swimming with the nation’s famous pigs. Another one for the bucket list.

Best for… culture vultures

Orlando Thrills & Ancient Wonders

It’s a tale of two halves on this trip. You’ll have the option of spending the first week discovering everything Orlando has to offer. Hop the shops and restaurants of International Drive. Soak in the magic at Walt Disney World. Meet an astronaut at the Kennedy Space Center. You’ve got the flexibility to add on whatever activities you want.

For the second half of the week, you’ll fly to sunny Mexico for a beach break with a sprinkling of culture. The BlueBay Grand Esmeralda, in Playa del Carmen, will be your base for the next seven nights. But, each day, you can head out somewhere different. There’s the chance to swim with dolphins at Maroma Beach and visit one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Chichen Itza. Both are included as part of your itinerary. And, after a couple of beach days, you can end your break with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Optional extras include the chance to snorkel with whale sharks, or a trip to Tulum.

You’ve also got the option of upping the ante with an optional trip to the parks of Walt Disney World, and the Kennedy Space Center. Tickets for these attractions aren’t included.

For the following week, you’ll land in Hawaii. You’ll be welcomed in style with an all-inclusive Waikiki Luau Buffet and a Hula show. The next day, with a (hopefully!) fresh head, there’s the option to tour Oahu and its spectacular landscapes. Make sure to have your camera charged, as you’ll stop at the Nu’uanu Pali Lookout and the Halona Blowhole for epic vistas. Spend the next few days sunbathing or surfing off Waikiki Beach. Then, end your adventure with a catamaran cruise, complete with fireworks.
