How do I manage my Disney Attraction Tickets / Disney Hotel Booking?

Reservations for Disney attractions, restaurants and a Walt Disney World Resort hotel can be managed online. To do so, you will need your Walt Disney World reference number, which usually arrives within 14 days of your booking - depending upon how far in advance your reservation is.  
 
To manage your booking please visit mydisneyexperience.co.uk. Here, you will need to create an account using your personal details. Once you have created an account, you will be able to use the My Disney Experience website or app to do the following: 
  • Plan your visit using Disney Genie
  • Book restaurant reservations (up to 70 days in advance (depending on length of stay), from 60 days before your check in date)
  • Make ride reservations with Genie Plus or Individual Lightning Lane Reservations on the day of use

What are Disney Genie, Disney Genie Plus and Individual Lightning Lane Selections?

Disney Genie is a complimentary service that helps you plan the perfect Walt Disney World Resort trip. Built into the My Disney Experience app, you can create itineraries tailored to the characters, food and attractions you and your party love.  

Individual Lightning Lane selections allow guests to skip the queue for certain headliner attractions not included with Disney Genie Plus. They can be made exclusively on the day of use on the My Disney Experience app. Prices vary depending on the attraction and start from $7 per person. 

What are Disney MagicBands and Disney MagicMobile?

MagicBand and MagicBand+ enable you to travel lighter throughout your holiday. They can be used to enter the parks, unlock your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, link photos to your PhotoPass account and buy food or merchandise. These features are also available for free using Disney MagicMobile which works on both iOS and Android (including an Apple Watch) once you have set up a Disney Magic Mobile pass in the My Disney Experience app.
