Ocean Florida Saves Customers In Crisis

When an Ocean Florida family found themeselves without a hotel room in the middle of Hurricane Matthew, our teams in the UK and Florida worked together to ensure they were able to get shelter from the storm.


The Hinton family had begun a cruise to The Bahamas, however it was forced to turn around, leaving all passengers stranded in Daytona. Given just three hours to evacuate a hotel, the Hinton family made contact with our team in the UK who were able to help.


Our UK team worked alongside the team in our Florida Welcome Centre to find a hotel room in Orlando for the family. Having a team of people dedicated to helping our customers in Florida has proved to be invaluable in times such as these.
