Daunting by name and daunting by nature, The Ultimate Abyss is a whopping ten-storey slide providing 72 meters worth of heart-pounding fun. Grab a mat, reach the summit and prepare to plummet full-pelt on one of the most thrilling adventures at sea. 

Symphony of the Seas is blessed with, not one but, two FlowRider surf simulators! Who ever thought you’d be able to catch waves on a ship? Well that’s exactly what you can do here. Prepare for fast-paced action as 60,000 gallons of water rush past every minute. Don your swimwear, grab a board and see if you have what it takes to become a pro wave-rider. 

Those in need of some TLC after a day on the beach or enjoying shore excursions can find total serenity in the Vitality at Sea Spa. Indulge, relax and unwind with a whole host of treatments and therapies designed to soothe the mind, body and soul. Providing everything from massages and seaweed body wraps to manicures and beauty treatments, this is pampering at its best. 

Cruising can be just as much fun for kids and teens as it is for adults. Royal Caribbean’s Adventure Ocean® programs ensure every age group is fully entertained for the duration of their holiday. Aquanauts lets children aged 3-5 conduct cool experiments to become budding young scientists. Kids aged 6-8 can take part in games, activities and themed parties at the Explorers Program and the Voyagers program caters to those aged 9-11.  

Journey to Italy and savour an authentic taste of the Mediterranean at Jamie’s Italian. Created by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, this fantastic restaurant specialises in simple, rustic dishes made using the finest seasonal ingredients for hearty flavours. A classic American experience at sea, Johnny Rockets is where you go for the best burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes around. Styled like a classic America diner, step back in time to the 1950s as rock ‘n roll hits are played on the jukebox and you get stuck into a menu full of Stateside favourites. Service is always super-fast and comes with a smile…what more could you want?!

Savour the fresh flavours of Asia as you feast on skilfully prepared sushi and sumptuous sashimi at Izumi. Each dish is meticulously prepared with exotic ingredients from the Far East and freshly made-to-order. Experience the theatre of dining with certain dishes made tableside and indulge in noodle bowls, sushi rolls and more.
