Hotel Beacon, New York 2025 & 2026

Hotel Beacon is one of New York City's hidden gems - having been designed and opened its doors alongside the Beacon theatre in 1928. At 24 stories high, it towers above all other buildings in the neighbourhood. Being one of only three hotels of its time to install an airway beacon on its roof, made it not only a novelty but a representation of the modern marvels of the day. The hotel's beacon was christened with an elaborate ceremony, in which a plane flew through a thunderstorm over the hotel, with the Hotel Beacon providing the guiding light. This hotel is considered a rare find in New York City, as it's one of the few remaining residential hotels and one of the few places in Manhattan where you can find spacious rooms and numerous two-bedroom suites.
