Safari Wilderness, Orlando

Head to Safari Wilderness and get closer to nature at this 260-acre wilderness ranch in Lakeland. Home to a fantastic array of wildlife, including water buffalo, red lechwe and lemurs, you’ll encounter large herds of endangered species. Try and spot the herd of scimitar-horned oryx, a species extinct in its native Africa. Other animals to keep an eye out for are zebras, fainting goats, ostriches and llamas.

As Safari Wilderness is not a zoo, you won’t be faced with crowds or queues. You can enjoy a natural adventure where experienced guides will take you through various animal habitats and share their expert knowledge on the animals you see. There are various tour options available, including the Safari Bus which can hold up to 20 people, a Camelback Tour or even a Summer Sunset Safari. You can even enjoy a lemur feeding experience!
