As a family-run business, we have always enjoyed personal and lasting relationships with our fantastic customers through our highly valued colleagues across the business. Never has this been more important than now as we navigate our way through this new normal presented by Covid-19. We wanted to get in touch personally to update you on how we’ve been working to manage the impact on both our customers and staff.
As soon as the travel ban came into effect, we quickly set up a team to individually contact all customers travelling until the end of June to work out the best solution on a case-by-case basis. We understand how precious your travels are, and we are delighted that we have been able to move the vast majority of our customers’ holidays to next year and beyond.
However, we know that our job is not done. We are still working to find the right and fair solution for all our customers and the team is now contacting those due to travel up until the end of July. We have also been working alongside our membership body, the Travel Trust Association (TTA), to ensure we follow their guidelines.
Our staff are safe and are all working remotely, and they are just as dedicated to providing the same personal service that we always strive to deliver even in the most difficult times. We thank you for your patience during this time and appreciate all your kind messages and feedback. Please know that protecting you and your holiday is at the heart of everything we do.
