All of our Allocation on Arrival Villas, from Executive to Platinum homes, feature a private sparkling swimming pool for your exclusive enjoyment. Regardless of when you travel, you can relish mild, sun-filled winters, pleasantly warm springs and autumns, and generally hot summers, making the outdoor pool an irresistible attraction no matter when you choose to visit. To enhance your experience, we offer pool heating at an additional fee, allowing you to enjoy the swimming pool year-round and fully utilise this personal oasis at any time.
Available to Executive Plus and Platinum Villas, these homes offer a delightful way to keep the family entertained with the inclusion of a thrilling game room. Gaming equipment differs from villa to villa but typically includes a pool table, air hockey machine, foosball, or table tennis. So there will be no shortage of excitement and fun-filled moments for you and your loved ones.
If you happen to be a guest staying in our Platinum Villas, you'll have the added perk of a beloved amenity - the BBQ. There’s no need to head indoors for a meal when you can soak up the sunshine and warmth by firing up the BBQ grill. The best part of it all is that Central Florida's delightful climate allows you to indulge in a barbecue even during the winter months, so there's no need to miss out on the joys of grilling, no matter the season.
Our villas are located in residential locations either in the Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Clermont areas and are all within a 22-mile drive of Walt Disney World.
All of our Allocation on Arrival Villas are within 22 miles or a 35-minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort.
Walt Disney World Resort does offer villa accommodation. However, these don’t have the same benefits as our Allocation on Area Villas, like a private swimming pool, multiple bedrooms, and more spacious living. What’s more, our Allocation on Area Villas are also situated near shopping centres in quieter neighbourhoods, ensuring a quick and convenient food shop in less traffic.
All Allocation on Arrival Villas come equipped with a full kitchen, a private swimming pool, and a comfortable and spacious living room. You’ll have a TV and DVD player in the living room, while some villas feature a games room or spa. The houses are styled with interior and outdoor furniture, linen and towels and have 3 to 6 bedrooms with multiple bathrooms.
