Villa Description

With unique artwork and sophisticated furnishings, the attention to detail is what makes this home extra special. If you’re in the mood for some rest and relaxation, head into the family room, where you'll be greeted with plush, comfortable seating, and a state-of-the-art smart TV - a welcome treat after a day of adventure.

Outside, you'll find yourself in a private, tropical oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The show-stopping pool deck is perfect for relaxing on a sun lounger or dining al fresco under the covered, shaded area. The cosy kitchen, complete with a breakfast nook, is a welcoming and airy space for family meals, while the formal dining room provides the perfect space for those special family dinners.

You’ll find two master bedrooms on the ground floor. The main king bedroom is luxuriously decorated, with its own walk-in-wardrobe, en suite bathroom, with access to the outdoor pool deck. The bathroom includes a separate shower area, indulgent corner spa bathtub and two vanity units. The second queen master bedroom, has bright, contemporary furnishings, as well as its own en suite bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each exquisitely designed and equipped with a smart TV and DVD player. The elegant queen bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. Two twin bedrooms provide a fun space for the little ones to keep themselves entertained.

Close to shops

You can’t fault Calabay Parc’s location as it’s within walking distance to Publix supermarket and Champions Crossing shopping centre. Within this area, there’s a pizza place or sushi restaurant and a liquor store for those evenings at home with a chilled beverage. The shopping area also has a Redbox film rental and a nail salon.

Calabay Parc villas are located on Highway 27 in Davenport, on Orlando’s outskirts. But you’re not far from world-famous theme parks, championship golf courses, and the convenience of shopping centres. You’ll be surprised by the quality of entertainment minutes from your homely villa.

Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
