The main living room is ocean themed and has two comfortable sofas, a couple of armchairs, and a large flat screen TV for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. If there is any fighting over the remote, head to the second living room. Here, you’ll find additional comfortable seating and another flat screen TV. And if you want somewhere to sit that’s a little quieter, head upstairs to the snug!

The kitchen boasts solid countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and plenty of space, offering everything you'll need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar or at the formal dining table. Or take your meals al fresco at the outdoor dining table and make the most of that famous Florida weather.

Outside, be sure to have some fun around the private pool. It’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there is a privacy bush around the perimeter of the pool area too for added seclusion. What’s more, there’s even a good-sized grassy backyard behind the pool area for those who want to play outside.

Calabay Parc exudes serenity and quiet living in its lush community of palm-tree-lined streets. The natural setting of green lawns backed by a conservation area is wholly peaceful, as you feel like you’re out in the countryside. Delight in the spacious living of a villa home with your own private swimming pool, basking in the glowing Florida sun and cooling off in the sapphire waters.
On the lawn, there’s a sheltered climbing frame with slides, swings and hanging rings for children to use. Both smaller and older kids can play in this area, as the apparatus is designed for children of all ages. Parents can sit on the surrounding benches and supervise their children as they burn off their energy on the jungle gym.
Wide open lawns stretch between houses and the conservation area – ideal for having a family picnic under the sun or for kicking a ball. Kids can run around while adults use the vast green space to exercise, soak up the sunshine or lie on the grass reading a book.
You can’t fault Calabay Parc’s location as it’s within walking distance to Publix supermarket and Champions Crossing shopping centre. Within this area, there’s a pizza place or sushi restaurant and a liquor store for those evenings at home with a chilled beverage. The shopping area also has a Redbox film rental and a nail salon.
Calabay Parc villas are located on Highway 27 in Davenport, on Orlando’s outskirts. But you’re not far from world-famous theme parks, championship golf courses, and the convenience of shopping centres. You’ll be surprised by the quality of entertainment minutes from your homely villa.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in. The accommodation voucher detailing directions to the home and the exact address will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, depending on when our suppliers release the final details to access your home. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.
This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
