Villa Description

If you’re looking for a VIP experience, this place is it. Enter the home’s fabulous foyer and you’ll notice the special attention to detail put into the custom-designed interior. The downstairs living space boasts glossy furnishings, ultra-modern lighting, blue velvet upholstery and a swanky feature fireplace to gather around come evening time.

Through the glass sliding doors you’ll find the large backyard pool terrace, while upstairs there’s a selection of master king suites, two of which boast rear balconies overlooking the neighbouring PGA golf course. The extravagance continues in the entertainment spaces too, including the three-tiered cinema room and the Mickey Mouse-themed kids' play area where the youngsters can get excited about meeting the main mouse himself!

Villa Features

The fun never stops across the property’s extravagant space. There’s even a home gym and an indoor basketball court for fitness buffs who want to stay in shape on holiday. You name it, this place has got it! Youngsters will be zooming down the slide and enjoying Disney-fied playtime in the Mickey-themed playroom, whilst older teens will be hanging out in the laid-back entertainment lounge playing pool or watching the big game on the combined TV screens.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in. The accommodation voucher detailing directions to the home and the exact address will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, depending on when our suppliers release the final details to access your home. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This villa is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please check the home description if guests will have access to the waterpark and other onsite communal facilities as not all homes will have the membership access required. Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
