Something big is coming to Universal Orlando in 2025
— a huge new theme park suitably named Epic Universe. The park will be made up of five incredible worlds: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train your Dragon - Isle of Berk, Dark Universe and Celestial Park. This means there’s tons of ground to cover not just for rides, but across a wide range of shopping and dining opportunities throughout each park. So, if you’re ready for adventure, here’s everything you need to know…
When Exactly Does Epic Universe Open?
Epic Universe is set to open in summer 2025, although an exact date hasn’t yet been confirmed. It will be located in the southern half of Universal Orlando and be designed with a central hub, with the various parks coming out from the centre. Despite this, each park will be self-contained, meaning visiting each will truly be like stepping into a different world. Throughout all of Epic Universe, there will be shopping, dining and entertainment to match the parks, beginning with Celestial Park which will serve as the main gateway for Epic Universe.
