Set beside the pool with views across the St. Lucie River, Solara is all about relaxed waterfront dining. The menu focuses on coastal-inspired street food, with made-to-order tacos taking centre stage. Add a frozen drink or handcrafted cocktail, and you’ve got a pretty good recipe for a long, lazy lunch.

Match Point brings a bit of sporting energy to the resort, with a casual menu of snacks and light bites alongside cold drinks and live sports on screen. It’s a good place to settle in with friends or family, especially when there’s a big game on.
