Atrium Rooms are among the hotel’s most characteristic accommodations, offering views into the building’s interior atrium rather than the surrounding streets. These rooms are available in king, queen, and double queen configurations. Design-wise, they reflect the hotel’s historic charm with high ceilings and classic finishes, while still incorporating modern comforts such as 55-inch streaming televisions, Wi‑Fi, and in‑room coffee makers. 

Deluxe Rooms offer a step up in space and outlook compared to atrium accommodations. Typically exterior-facing, they provide a more open feel, with views of downtown Galveston or the surrounding historic district. These rooms maintain the signature aesthetic of tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and refined decor, while offering greater comfort with larger floor plans. 

The Tremont Junior Suite provides an open-plan alternative to full suites, combining sleeping and living areas into a single, more spacious room. Typically configured with either a king bed or two queens plus a sofa bed, these suites are especially suitable for families or small groups. 
 

Blum & Co. is the hotel’s main restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed urban-bistro setting. The menu draws inspiration from Gulf Coast flavours offering lighter options such as salads and sandwiches, alongside flatbreads and more substantial main dishes. Beyond the restaurant menu, Blum & Co. also offers barista-style coffee and grab-and-go selections, making it a convenient spot throughout the day. 

The Rooftop Bar is one of the hotel’s most popular spaces, known for its panoramic views across Galveston’s historic district, skyline, and harbour. With both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace featuring firepits, the setting works equally well for sunset drinks or relaxed evenings with friends. The focus here is on cocktails, wine, beer, and light bites rather than full dining service. 

Located in the hotel’s atrium lobby, Toujouse Bar offers a quieter and more intimate setting. The space is centred around a striking hand-carved rosewood bar dating back to 1873. The drinks menu focuses on classic and prohibition-style cocktails, along with bourbons, whiskeys, scotch, and locally brewed beers. 

The outdoor terrace and rooftop areas provide a relaxed space to unwind while overlooking Galveston’s historic downtown and harbour. Connected to the rooftop bar, the terrace creates an easy-going atmosphere where you can enjoy drinks, light bites, and occasional live entertainment in an open-air setting.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness centre, giving guests the flexibility to work out whenever it suits their schedule. Equipped for both cardio and strength training, the space caters to everything from quick morning sessions to more regular workout routines.
