Fuel up at a bold new restaurant now open in Universal CityWalk, Bigfire, which pays homage to summer holidays in the American wilderness. Echoing the look and feel of a lakeside lodge, this casual restaurant blends modern cuisine with the nostalgia of open flame, campsite cooking.

As you expect, the menu covers hearty, American fare like steaks, burgers, and freshwater seafood. Open-fire cooking is given centre-stage with a variety of woods used for different dishes to compliment the flavours; providing a truly authentic, Stateside experience. The stand-out dish on the menu is the s’mores, Bigfire gives respect to this well-loved campfire treats. Prepare the graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow treats at your table, complete with forks and a mini fire burner.
