Villa Description

This stylish and modern home radiates sophistication, offering a spacious and airy open-floor plan designed to provide ultimate comfort for the whole family. The large kitchen comes fully-equipped for preparing daily meals (essential fuel for all the park adventures) and features a breakfast bar as well as an elegant dining table for more formal gatherings. This flows seamlessly into the cosy downstairs living area (there’s another upstairs), where a large sofa and flat-screen TV create the perfect spot for relaxation.

When it’s time for fun, the in-house games room is ready with a variety of tabletop and arcade-style entertainment. But the real showstopper is the outdoor living space, where you’ll bask in the sunshine by the swimming pool and spa - a perfect retreat for soaking up the gorgeous weather.

If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. **EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
