Villa Description

Inside the home, you’ll be met by an open-plan space with a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area backed by floor-to-ceiling patio doors overlooking the outdoor patio. The twinkling swimming pool awaits, perfect for lazy days at the town house or a quick dip before you hit the parks.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
