Villa Description
As you enter this impressive villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with a plush sectional sofa and a large smart TV with surround sound, perfect for cozy movie nights. The bar seating for five provides a casual spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight or more guests for shared meals. There are also two living areas complete with comfortable sofas and flat-screen TVs, so lounging will be a breeze.
Outside, the private pool area is fenced for safety and offers plenty of space for lounging and dining al fresco. The entertainment continues inside too; head to the games room, equipped with pool, foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and pop shot basketball, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages.
When evening rolls around, retreat to your individual bedrooms. The little ones should have no trouble trotting off to bed thanks to the extra special themed bedrooms!

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
