Villa Description

Classic in design, this homely villa sleeps up to twelve guests comfortably with enough space for everybody to socialise across its open-plan spaces. The living and dining areas offer guests a comfortable spot to dine and relax, while the modern kitchen is fit for all of your self-catering needs.

If it’s entertainment you’re after, you’re in luck. Not only does this home boast flat-screen TVs (including TVs in every bedroom!) but a jam-packed games room for competitive spirits to spend their free time in - featuring a pool table, air hockey and foosball. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
