Villa Description

The large, fully-equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops and handy stainless-steel appliances for quick and easy meal prep. The open-plan layout allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favourite TV shows or movies, or whipping up dinner, while the outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the best of the Florida weather.

Each bedroom features its own large flat-screen TV for personalised entertainment. The ground-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed, while upstairs are three additional bedrooms including a master suite with king-size bed and a spacious en suite, and two themed kids' bedrooms.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
