Villa Description

Orlando villas provide ideal self-catering accommodation for families and groups who want to maximise their time together - when they aren't exploring the theme parks of course! The open plan living, kitchen and dining space provides a warm and inviting communal area with plenty of seating, while the separate TV dens (upstairs and downstairs) are excellent spots for unwinding in your PJs watching your favourite Disney movie.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
