Villa Description

The main living area is open and airy, with enough space for everyone to enjoy time together. Bathed in natural light, the modern living room features cosy couches, fresh décor, and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool out back. The sectional sofa and plush modern chairs provide plenty of seating to watch your favourite movies and shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful finishes like clean, white cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and all the amenities you'll need for mealtimes and snacks. The island area offers seating for four guests and the nearby dining table can seat up to eight.

The main floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom while the second bedroom includes two queen beds as well as a bathroom right down the hall, for your convenience. Join Mickey in the third bedroom as you sleep right next to the famous mouse; this room includes two twin beds and provides the perfect place for the youngest members of your group. The fourth bedroom is a modern, well appointed space with a queen bed, while the fifth bedroom also has a queen bed as well as a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage space.

Outside, soak up the gorgeous Florida sun or read your book in the shade, it is entirely up to you. The covered patio has an outdoor table and lounge area that's perfect for spending time with the family, all surrounded by a screened-in cover for seclusion and tranquillity.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
