Villa Description

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open plan living area, which includes a living room with a leather wraparound couch and large flat-screen TV, offering a wonderful spot in which to relax after a busy day at the parks. The bright kitchen overlooks the living room and the adjacent dining table seats up to twelve people so you can all lounge, eat and dine together as a family.

Head upstairs to the loft area with its flat-screen TV and comfy couches, which provides an alternative space for lolling around away from the grown-ups!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
