Villa Description

The comfortable main living, kitchen and dining space is open-plan, and features patio doors that take you directly out to the pool area, with beautiful lake and conservation area views beyond. The kitchen has a large island with six bars stools and is fully-equipped with every cooking item you would need to make delectable meals.

The home has one of the largest enclosed pool and spa areas in the community and features privacy screens to keep those pesky bugs out. The covered lanai boasts two tables with seating for five each, and a bistro set. At night the pool and spa light up with different colours for an added wow factor!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register, and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in. The accommodation voucher detailing directions to the home and the exact address will be available any time from approximately 5 days prior to your departure date until the day of arrival, depending on when our suppliers release the final details to access your home. Guests must register and check in online at www.oceanbeds/register using their Ocean Beds Booking reference and lead passenger surname to login to have access to the voucher. Registration is available to complete at any time after booking.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Guests are advised to proceed to the Emerald Island Club House on arrival, where they will be required to provide a booking confirmation including duration of stay and address. Note, if guests arrive after 10pm, payment will have to be made the following day.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
