Resort Features

Life at Emerald Island naturally revolves around the clubhouse, where you’ll find most of the resort’s amenities. Cool off in the pool by the lake, unwind in the hot tub, or keep moving in the fitness centre and on the sports courts, with options for tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. The sundry shop is handy for snacks, and the clubhouse regularly hosts movie nights and themed events. For time outdoors, stroll along the walking trails or hire a bike to explore the grounds, while younger guests can enjoy the playground.

Resort Pool

Set beside the clubhouse, the resort pool is a great spot to cool off and slow down. Stretch out on a lounger, take in the lake views and palm-lined surroundings, or slip into the water for a refreshing swim. When it’s time to fully unwind, the hot tub is close by for a quiet soak at the end of the day.

Conservation

For a change of pace, head out onto the resort’s nature trails, which wind through 11 acres of woodland. Whether you prefer a gentle stroll, a quick jog, or a relaxed bike ride on one of the resort’s rental bikes, it’s a simple way to enjoy the outdoors and clear your head.

Tiki Bar/Lounge onsite

Just steps from the pool, the tiki bar makes it easy to stay refreshed without going far. Choose from ice-cold drinks and tropical cocktails, alongside a range of non-alcoholic options. Light bites and snacks are also available, with child-friendly choices on the menu.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Guests are advised to proceed to the Emerald Island Club House on arrival, where they will be required to provide a booking confirmation including duration of stay and address. Note, if guests arrive after 10pm, payment will have to be made the following day.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
