Villa Description

Comfortably sleeping thirteen guests, this villa offers six beautifully-presented bedrooms (including two themed bedrooms for the little ones) plus an open-plan design that oozes style and comfort. The modern living area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV to slump in front of and rest tired post-theme park legs, while the games room is on hand should you wish to continue the fun.

Outside, the private swimming pool and spa awaits, surrounded by a large patio area with sun loungers and a patio dining table fit for al fresco mealtimes. At the end of a busy day, head up to the villa’s well-appointed bedrooms - two in particular are sure to delight the littlest members of the group!

Life at Emerald Island naturally revolves around the clubhouse, where you’ll find most of the resort’s amenities. Cool off in the pool by the lake, unwind in the hot tub, or keep moving in the fitness centre and on the sports courts, with options for tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. The sundry shop is handy for snacks, and the clubhouse regularly hosts movie nights and themed events. For time outdoors, stroll along the walking trails or hire a bike to explore the grounds, while younger guests can enjoy the playground.

Resort Pool

Set beside the clubhouse, the resort pool is a great spot to cool off and slow down. Stretch out on a lounger, take in the lake views and palm-lined surroundings, or slip into the water for a refreshing swim. When it’s time to fully unwind, the hot tub is close by for a quiet soak at the end of the day.

For a change of pace, head out onto the resort’s nature trails, which wind through 11 acres of woodland. Whether you prefer a gentle stroll, a quick jog, or a relaxed bike ride on one of the resort’s rental bikes, it’s a simple way to enjoy the outdoors and clear your head.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all pre-arrival cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Guests are advised to proceed to the Emerald Island Club House on arrival, where they will be required to provide a booking confirmation including duration of stay and address. Note, if guests arrive after 10pm, payment will have to be made the following day.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
