Villa Description

Set over 2,881 sq ft of contemporary space, this welcoming villa features a spacious open-plan concept with a living area, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, with lots of room to move about and spend time together as a group. Each of the seven bedrooms are comfortable and offer a great place to rest your heads at night to recharge and prepare for the next day's adventures.

Outside, you'll find a lovely screened-in patio deck with pool and overspill spa, all east-facing for making the most of that glorious morning sunshine - there's also pretty green hedging round the perimeter for extra seclusion. The addition of plenty of outdoor furniture means that you can lounge and dine al fresco at your leisure too!

Emerald Island is a resort paradise located less than three miles from the area's main attraction: Walt Disney World Resort. The garage has been utilised as another indoor space and turned into a fun games room, complete with pool table, axe-throwing game, and arcade game, offering hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
