Villa Description

From the moment you step inside the villa you’ll notice that it is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The spacious, open-plan living area is the perfect spot to gather, complete with a large TV and cable channels to gather around when movie o’clock strikes. The modern kitchen comes fully-equipped with all the essentials you need for self-catering, while the dining area offers seating for six, making mealtimes easy.

Outside, the private swimming pool and spa is the perfect retreat to cool off and soak up the famous Florida sunshine, complete with sun loungers and a shaded patio dining table, for when hunger strikes. With glistening lake views to match, this area oozes calm and tranquility - until one of the kids (big kids included!) makes a splash, of course! The fun continues inside, where the dedicated games room awaits with a pool table - an ideal hideaway for fans of cue sports.

When the day comes to an end, gather in the living area as a family and reminisce on the day’s fun or start planning for tomorrow’s adventures.

Life at Emerald Island naturally revolves around the clubhouse, where you’ll find most of the resort’s amenities. Cool off in the pool by the lake, unwind in the hot tub, or keep moving in the fitness centre and on the sports courts, with options for tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. The sundry shop is handy for snacks, and the clubhouse regularly hosts movie nights and themed events. For time outdoors, stroll along the walking trails or hire a bike to explore the grounds, while younger guests can enjoy the playground.

Resort Pool

Set beside the clubhouse, the resort pool is a great spot to cool off and slow down. Stretch out on a lounger, take in the lake views and palm-lined surroundings, or slip into the water for a refreshing swim. When it’s time to fully unwind, the hot tub is close by for a quiet soak at the end of the day.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

All guests staying in Emerald Island must pay a car parking fee of $20 per car per stay. Guests are advised to proceed to the Emerald Island Club House on arrival, where they will be required to provide a booking confirmation including duration of stay and address. Note, if guests arrive after 10pm, payment will have to be made the following day.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
