As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an opulent interior that boasts a resort-style pool deck with spa, multiple themed spaces, a pool table, and an epic arcade with a variety of games to keep everyone entertained. The enormous kitchen, equipped with dual refrigerators and dishwashers, is a chef's dream. Upstairs, a wet bar awaits adjacent to the games room, perfect for evening cocktails.

Movie buffs will delight in the old Hollywood-style theatre, while adventure-seekers can escape to the Serengeti-themed bedroom, complete with a custom king-sized bed set within a hot air balloon, and an adjoining glamping-style room with a tent over two sets of bunk beds.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
