Villa Description

Theground floor open-plan living area comprises the lounge, dining room and kitchen in one large, spacious retreat. And as the home sleeps up to eighteen people, it’s rather handy to have so much space!

The décor is elegant, neutral, and bright throughout, with sumptuous furnishings and gorgeous splashes of colour mixed in. And the pool, spa, and patio area outside provides a wonderful space where you will undoubtedly end up spending most of your downtime.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note, not all of our homes in Encore Club at Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
