Villa Description

The home's bright open-plan layout boasts a comfortable living room with leather sectional, two accent chairs and a flat-screen TV, along with an eight-seat dining table and fully-equipped kitchen with three-seater breakfast bar. Downstairs also features two king bedrooms and family bathroom, whilst upstairs, guests will find two further king suites and a queen room. The upper floor also offers two twin bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom.

Outdoors, a private swimming pool and overspill spa await, enticing you to cool off from the heat of the day and unwind after jam-packed fun at the parks. The fun can also continue in the upstairs landing, with an air hockey table and multi-arcade video game for hours of entertainment, as well as a home cinema to binge-watch your favourite TV series on.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
