Villa Description

The open-plan layout boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table for ten, and a comfortable living space all in one vast area. The cosy living room's indulgent sectional sofa is positioned in front of the flat-screen TV, making for some ultimate relaxation time. Whilst the upper-floor loft area doubles as a private cinema room; its large projection screen is perfect to binge-watch your favourite movie and TV shows on.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
