The spacious living area is centered around a comfy sofa and features an impressive 86-inch mounted flat-screen TV, setting the stage for unforgettable family gatherings.

As the day winds down, retreat to one of the twelve bedrooms, including two master suites with luxurious spa-like en suite bathrooms. The home also features several themed bedrooms with bunk beds, perfect for kids and the young at heart!

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
