The kitchen boasts beach vibes with cool tiles, stainless-steel appliances, island seating, and a chic breakfast table set for six. The living space has an excellent, large sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, and a door that leads to the downstairs pool area.

Rest and rejuvenate in the master bedroom, where you'll find vibrant coastal décor, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have nautical themes with king-size beds; one room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The fourth bedroom is a kids' paradise with two bunk beds, a TV, and hallway access to the third bathroom, which has two vanities and a shower and tub combination.
