When you pull into the driveway, you’ll notice the home’s bright teal exterior, its multiple balconies, and the luscious tropical greenery that dots the home’s perimeter. Just through the front door, you’ll walk into a simply decorated foyer with dark brown hardwood flooring. As you walk up the stairs, you’ll notice how the hardwood floors flow throughout the space and beautifully contrast the light teal walls and professionally chosen furniture. This common area is bathed in natural sunlight from its windows and nearly wall-to-wall sliding glass doors.

The kitchen is massive and simply stunning. It features marbled granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar for three. There is a sliding glass door in the kitchen that provides access to one the covered balconies. This balcony has a large, rounded outdoor dining set with seating for six and views of the front yard area. The dining space is chic as it has a large rectangular table with eight seats that sit under a lovely chandelier. Adjacent to the dining space is the living room, which offers a bright white couch, two different sets of matching armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a sliding glass door in this space that also allows for easy access to the balcony.

Outside, the pool has an in-water sundeck and there are several lounge chairs that surround it for laying out in the sun and enjoying that glorious Florida sunshine.
