This perfectly located two-bedroom condo is directly across the street from the gorgeous gulf beaches, while Pelican Cove is set within a small, private complex on a very unique part of the island less than 50 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, Bradenton Beach. It is one of the few condos with views of both the Gulf and the Bay.

This beautiful unit features a fully-equipped kitchen for whipping up feasts as well as stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can soak up breathtaking sunsets from your private, screened balcony. Plus, you can even enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the living and dining areas.

Villa Features

There is so much to see and do during your stay at Pelican Cove. The communal grounds are super impressive with a heated pool for cooling dips, a hot tub to sink into relaxation and a full-size tennis court to challenge your friends and family.

There is also a private boat dock that doubles as a fishing pier, so you may even be able to catch your lunch! But when you’re ready to chill, feel free to head back to your condo for a cosy night on the sofa in front of the TV, just as you would at home.

Communal Pool

Gather at the large communal pool or immerse yourself into the hot tub and let all your worries melt away. You can kick back and chill on the plush pool loungers to escape the Florida heat, and there are also tennis courts on-site if you want to keep active whilst on holiday.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
