The top-notch kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and is equipped with the culinary necessities to whip up excellent meals and snacks. The modern dining room table is set for laughter-filled dinners with friends and family, and as you dine, watch boats cruise along the bay.

Dream and awake in paradise in the sleek bedrooms, most of which feature their own en suite bathroom and a king-size bed. One of the rooms has a lovely bunk bed, which is perfect for the littlest members of your group.

There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. You are staying in a residential area. Please be a good neighbour by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbours of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
