Villa Description

This spacious home welcomes you with an open living space with eleven-foot-high ceilings, plenty of natural light, plush sofas and chairs, and a flat-screen TV for cosy nights in. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, cookware essentials, and handy island seating, as well as an adjacent coastal dining room for larger meals.

Follow the stairs up to the third level and you will find the peaceful primary bedroom featuring a private balcony and en suite bathroom. Four bedrooms have cheerful beach décor and king-size beds, two have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and three have balcony access too. The sixth bedroom was designed for younger guests with a bunk bed, and it shares the third-floor hall bathroom. A half bathroom and laundry room are on the main living floor.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
