The first level features an open floor plan with spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room has a cosy couch and chairs with a flat-screen TV for family movie time. The kitchen is fully-equipped for every chef's dream, and provides all the essentials and high-end appliances you'll need. There is a huge kitchen island with bar stool seating as well as a dining table to accommodate your entire group, entertain, and enjoy a home-cooked meal. There's even an outdoor dining space off of the living room so you can dine al fresco and enjoy the lovely Florida weather year-round.

You are staying in a residential area. Please be a good neighbour by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbours of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Villa Features

There is a garage with guest access on the ground floor that is equipped with a beach cart ready to carry the provided beach chairs, or any other gear you will need for a day at the shore. You can also use this convenient space to park cars, golf carts, or bikes during your stay.

Outside, under the covered lanai there is a large entertainment area that will become your go-to spot for all day fun and evening relaxation. With a foosball table, plenty of seating, and even an outdoor TV for extra fun!

Table Tennis

In the garage space there is a table tennis table for additional entertainment during your downtime at home. Guests of all ages can come and hang out here at any time of day or night and play endless games of this simple but fun tabletop sport!

Private Pool

When you are not spending time at the beach you can make the most of your private backyard oasis (complete with heatable pool and spa). The pool area entertaining space under the covered lanai also features plenty of seating and loungers, as well as an outdoor bar. There is also a handy outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy feet!

All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
