As you walk into this three-level home, you’ll be welcomed into a luxuriously designed living room with bay views - sit back, watch TV, or catch boaters and fishermen test their luck on Anna Maria Sound.

Preparing delicious meals is easy in the custom-designed kitchen, while the dining area (and outdoor dining space) has ample room to host family dinners. The infinity-style swimming pool is undoubtedly the star of the show though, complete with stunning views over the canal it’s the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
