Create delicious snacks and meals in the roomy, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating. Open the sliding doors to the balcony as you share a formal meal with guests at the dining room table. The terrace also has a bistro table and overlooks the tropical backyard, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or drinks in the evening.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
