This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home has been decorated to a high spec and features open-plan living spaces, pleasant bedrooms, plus a swimming pool with a spa. The large windows throughout the home mean a ton of natural sunlight floods in, perfect for preparing meals in the spacious kitchen.

All of the bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and shower, with balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed that shares the hallway bathroom and balcony access, and the third bedroom has a full bed with a twin bed.

Villa Features

The location is just as great as the home itself. You’ll have an easy, breezy walk to the beach, passing the Anna Maria bike path on the way, which will take you right down to Pine Ave along the beach. Watch the famous sunsets of Anna Maria Island out or venture up to The Sandbar restaurant for cocktails and food with a view.

Back at home, there are incredible deck spaces for relaxing in the balmy and beautiful Florida weather. There are front decks on both the second and third floors, plus decks off the back of the house too, overlooking the pool area. From the top floor you can benefit from views over the Gulf of Mexico and the most incredible sunsets!

The home has a host of private decks sure to entertain guests at all hours of the day. Whether you want to overlook the kids playing in the pool with a drink in hand or gather together and watch the sun set up top, there’s room for everybody to soak up that famous sunshine.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
