As you drive up to the home, you’ll notice a large driveway, two garages, extra parking space, and beautiful landscaping surrounding the property. The main common area is simple and elegantly designed. The kitchen is massive and features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, and beautiful marbled countertops - perfect for self-catering. Indulge in meals at the dining room table, before heading into the living room to get cosy in front of the large flat-screen TV.

Outside, the backyard’s swimming pool and spa awaits - the perfect spot to spend down days at the villa soaking up that famous Sunshine State weather in privacy.

This charming holiday cottage is the perfect place to visit for seaside R&R! In addition to indoor amenities, the home also features many incredible outdoor amenities. The private (heatable) pool and spa comes complete with an in-water sundeck, table and seating area and is surrounded by a beautifully paved deck fringed with sun loungers.

If you fancy getting out and exploring, the property is just a short walk from Bean Point Beach and its gorgeous views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It’s also a short drive from local shops and restaurants, making it the perfect spot whether you want to dine in, or out.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
