Up the stairs to the main floor, you'll be greeted into a bright living space with lofty ceilings and a cosy sectional sofa and TV perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The kitchen has custom countertops, stainless-steel appliances, cooking essentials, and island seating. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and to the left is the formal dining room, while downstairs there is an outdoor dining table. Also, there are two balcony seating areas, one overlooking the pool, and a screened-in lanai with a bistro table.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the well-appointed bedrooms, which feature luxury bedding and crisp linens. On the third floor is the spacious primary bedroom; the second bedroom boasts a private balcony for guests to relax in the breeze, and an en suite bathroom. Downstairs are the last two bedrooms, both of which feature balcony access and en suite bathrooms.
