Boasting classic interiors and comfortable furnishings, this welcoming villa provides families and friends with a fantastic space for socialising, self-catering, and sun-soaking in one of Florida’s sought-after seaside communities. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and seating where guests can chill with a bite and a beer, whilst the living area promises cosy evenings in front of the flat-screen TV.

Outside, guests will love splashing and lounging in the tropical backyard. The pool features a swim-up table with a Tiki-style umbrella and a sun shelf for cooling off and relaxing, before gathering around the patio dining table for an al fresco dinner. When afternoon rolls into evening, head for the stylish bedrooms - each featuring elegant, subtle nods to the coast - for a pleasant night’s sleep.

All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
